All about Eve

My mom chose my name because she hoped I would become a "New Eve", since the Biblical Eve hadn’t been treated so well. She named me well, because I have been flipping tables since the day I was born. My Sagittarius rising made me loud, outspoken, and a bit eccentric. Thankfully, I've got a nice three-planet party in Taurus that brings me back to planet Earth.

Before I became an astrologer, I was a design historian studying French harps—not really because I wanted to examine the theory of material culture, but because I thought the Rococo period was debauched quasi-drag madness and it made me laugh. My Sun, Moon, and Venus in Taurus conspired to send me digging for the most gilded, sculpture-laden, outrageous harps the world has ever seen.

After my sojourn into all things French and fancy, I decided to switch things up and delve into occult studies. Astrology and tarot spoke to me the most: they include the study of history, philosophy, design, queer theory, you name it! I’ve began studying modern techniques with Kari Trottier-Whitsitt and then moved on to Hellenistic astrology with Chris Brennan. I’m also a member of the Association for Young Astrologers.

I practice Hellenistic astrology to help my clients discover themselves, navigate hard times, and make it through tough transitions. Using the seven traditional heavenly bodies (no hard feelings Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) and ancient timing techniques, I provide a multi-faceted picture of my clients' unique personalities and the current life periods they are moving through. ♥
